Ashley Zaslav

Ashley Zaslav is the founder of Integrative Complexity, which provides executive and high-performance coaching to mid-career achievers ready to bet on themselves. Clients include first time entrepreneurs, first time search fund/venture CEOs/C-Suite execs, leaders stepping into leapfrog promotions and major career pivots.

The core aspect of her work is through 1:1 coaching to accelerate a leader’s impact in their new context by reducing unforced errors, building trust and confidence in their decision making, developing an authentic and effective leadership approach, and optimizing their routines for high performance.

Ashley was the #5 soccer recruit in her high school class and went on to be a 2x Captain at Duke University, which competed for the National Championship during her tenure. She played for the U.S. Youth National team and was selected to the U.S. U-23 National team after coming back from two season ending knee surgeries. Prior to starting her own coaching firm, she held roles at Bridgewater Associates and a start-up within the private equity firm, TPG and did CEO Succession Planning at the leadership advisory firm, Spencer Stuart. She currently lives in Bethesda, MD, with her husband and three kids.
