Jon is an Executive Leadership Coach and Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience working across numerous industries including Financial Services, U.S. Federal Government, Higher Education, Nonprofit, Retail, and High Tech. Jon has held senior leadership positions at multiple consulting firms including Accenture and recently created his own firm called Triple P Consulting.
Jon's Executive Leadership Coaching work focuses on helping individuals and groups optimize their performance, enhance their mindset, and achieve their potential. His coaching clients include CEOs, senior executives, and emerging leaders. Jon is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Jon’s consulting work focuses on a multitude of organizational challenges including employee learning and development, change management, growth and organizational strategy, and employee and organizational behavior. His experience also includes extensive global travel across 5 continents supporting large scale change initiatives.
