Sudden Change

Change is like noise; if we are constantly changing, we grow with little fuss. But if we change immediately and suddenly, then it can backfire; our fight or flight kicks in and we become more defensive.
 
Change and evolvement go hand-in-hand. Want to innovate? Implement constant changes. Constant change leads to more growth than sudden change. But what do we focus on when it comes to change? For an immediate impact, direct your attention to actions that are easy to do and will have a big impact. For a massive overhaul, create a vision for success and create a list of what gets in the way of that success, then slowly chip away at the barriers and stay open to possibility while doing so.
