Dr. James Doty is a Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at Stanford University. He’s also the Founder and Director of the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, which is an affiliate of the Stanford Neurosciences Institute. He’s served as a CEO for many different bio companies through his career, including Accuray, which ended up IPOing for $1.3 billion in 2007.
