Fulfillment and Want

What’s your number? What amount of money do you need to have to not make professional decisions based on money? It’s a simple question that many don’t know the answer to. It’s a question I ask most of my clients. While people say that money doesn’t drive their decision making, I find for many, it does. Take a moment and answer the question.

Knowing what we want is crucial. But the other focal point we often neglect is around fulfillment. What fills your cup? What gives you fulfillment? When do you feel most alive? Take a moment and answer those questions as well.

Some have clarity around what they want; others have clarity around what gives them fulfilment; but rarely do people know what fulfills them and what they want. The intersection of wants and fulfilment is a beautiful intersection to be at.
